I have created this blog as a requirement for a course that I am currently taking. I am excited about the use of blogs both professionally and personally. This blog is for middle school life science teachers like me who are looking to find more hands on labs in their Science classrooms. Our grade 6 curriculum focuses on physical science which provides many hands on experiments for students. My students then come to me in grade 7 eager to do experiments but I’ve found it a challenge to find lots of really good experiments appropriate for this age and subject. So…let’s get this blog started. If you have questions, comments, or ideas regarding exeriments to use in grade 7 to teach human bio, ecology, and cells…post them here!
